2017 - Martin Obert creates several concepts for 2D platformer games
2020 Q1 - first game design emerges by Martin Tobiáš, game is called Your Inner Enemy
2020 Q1 - game is developed on android by Martin Obert and published by Martin Tobiáš, renamed to Cyberfunk due to release of Cyberpunk in hope to attract more players
2020 Q2 - an ambitious game idea by Martin Tobiáš is presented
the concept is shallow, not discussed in details and is seen as last effort to keep the company above water. The only clear goal is to make crowdfunding campaign on kickstarter
Zbyněk Chytil joins a company as 3rd co-founder
2020 Q2 - TOBE Games Studio is officially established and registered in Delaware, U.S.A. Initial co-founders are: Martin Obert & Martin Tobiáš
2020 Q3 - Martin Obert is in charge of making kickstarter campaign content such as:
- texts
- Kisckstarter landing page
- Graphical content: gifs and images
- Youtube videos
- Mock gameplay of: inventory, quests, playable classes, player customizations etc.
- Martin Tobiáš starts the marketing campaign, that should attract users for funding
- campaign costs over 16 000 CZK (over 700$) and brings fairly large audience. Unfortunately from 3rd world countries, which users are paid to click ads, but generate no revenue.
2020 fall - Knights of Aelir: Story driven RPG campaign is alive, but fails to meet the pledged goal!
2021 Q1 - after exhausting year, that drove some members to the edge of physical capabilities the CTO resigns
2024 Q2 - Martin Tobiáš formally disclosed and discontinued tobegames so domain became available
2024 Q3 - Martin Obert has to take over the domain and updates this site and continues with the legacy and original idea ...

Despite good intentions, the whole company was a group of naive developers trying to make games

There has been physical and psychological damage done to some members of this company, as a result of extreme overtimes, stress and living on the edge of poverty. Only to satisfy ego, lust and false temper of their former mates.
